New clients will be expected to provide some information about themselves, their agribusiness and their livestock management systems.

  and other business activities
• In addition, we believe we are able to provide an excellent service in planning Quality Management to assist clients to minimize risk in animal production
• The plan will establish clear objectives and procedures for our clients

• The availability of testing and other technical services of a high standard
• The provision of reports on tests or examinations undertaken
• Access to professional advice on animal health problems
• An innovative approach to problems or opportunities which may arise
• Regular assessment of progress in relation to the objectives or plan
• Specific or general advice as required
• Consultation or negotiation with authorities or business colleagues on
  behalf of clients

• Important general information is distributed via newsletter
• Regular updates on matters related to each client's contract with the
  firm are provided at no additional costs
• Each of the associates attend courses to gather information which may
  be used by clients
• Seminars are presented for local clients in Western Australia
• Clients have access to associates through E-mail
• A special Austbreed intranet provides some of our clients with the opportunity to share information, and to have better access to relevant articles, links and general advice

• A fee for a single advisory or technical service
• A fee for a specific period of time such as hourly, daily or weekly
• A fee to undertake a contract or project as required over a period of time - such as a yearly contract to provide specific services
• A base contract fee plus a charge per animal in the herd or flock

Materials used are often charged at cost price but a mark up fee may apply in some circumstances to cover our distribution, handling or prescribing costs. Our fees may include provision for technical, non-technical, or veterinary professional inputs, each of which may be charged at different rates
